HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER STATUS? Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once it is in transit.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we're unable to change an order once it is placed. Please double-check all details when you confirm the checkout.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE? If your purchase isn’t working out for you, we’re happy to accept it for return as long as your item is in its original condition (tags attached, unworn, and no visible signs of wear) and isn’t a final sale item.
Please note, we do not offer direct exchanges. Once our team receives your return parcel, they will inspect it and issue you an online store credit (that never expires) to purchase anything in our store, or the new size you prefer.
THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT TO DO NOW? We usually restock popular pieces from our latest collection within a few weeks. Please go to the product page and sign up with your email to be notified of a restock. This way, you won't miss out next time.
I ENTERED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS – CAN YOU CHANGE IT FOR ME? Please contact us immediately at support@legacyecom.com with your order number and the correct address. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to amend your shipping label. However, if your order has already been packed and/or dispatched, we sadly cannot make any changes.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM? We're so sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send an e-mail to support@legacyecom.com with your order number, the name/product code, and a picture of the item you received. Please also include further details of the problem within 30 days of receiving your order so we can resolve this for you.
I FORGOT TO APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE, CAN I STILL APPLY IT? Please contact our team at support@legacyecom.com as soon as possible with your order number and the promo code. We'll do our best to take care of it for you!
